Pink & Green Organic Marzipan Body Souffle to Nourish the Driest of Skins

Hello Beauties,

Pink & Green is an organic line of products for people with the most sensitive of skins. Made by Carol Alpin a holistic therapist who knows the real importance of self care and making some time for yourself in today’s busy world and especially from the social media train has really taken over our lives. It genuinely can be very hard to switch it off.

Self care is woven into the fabric of Pink&Green – Pink to represent women and green to represent the environment and of course the green, organic products that she uses in her brand.

So with self care in mind the Marzipan Souffle only has 2 ingredients – Beautiful Organic Shea Butter which treats so many skin issues like dry sore skin, stretch marks, Sunburn, skin cracks, eczema it will help restore elasticity to skin so great for older skins too. I do sometimes use this neat on my skin and it really is a skin wonder for me.

The other ingredient is organic cold pressed unrefined  plum kernel oil which funnily enough was used in the master chef final too! So perhaps a now and upcoming beauty and food ingredient as that is where the light marzipan fragrance comes from in the souffle. Very clever as then there is no fragrance oil in this product to irritate anyone with sore or red skin.

Texture wise for me it is not quite as light as a souffle but to me that also doesn’t really matter because it melts so beautifully onto the skin, firstly into the lovely raw oils and then it disappears straight into the skin leaving it silky soft and nourished. No residue or heavier oils left sitting on top of the skin, no paraben, sulphates, fillers just pure silky skin heaven!

This is an eco friendly and Carol encourages you to reuse up your containers which I love as seeing our oceans struggle and the wildlife that live there on such a huge scale right now is just heartbreaking, the time for change is right now ..

That is it for now everyone,

Lola Satin Eyeshadows are Stunning!

Hello everyone,

I have found a new love! If you have not tried the M&S Lola brand, then I have to highly recommend it.

In this duo, the nail polish is a really hard working, hard wearing product, but the peachy toned colour of this eyeshadow is just pure perfection! It cleans up the whole eye area and really brightens it.

These are satin eye shadows and the one I have has a subtle shimmer in it. I haven’t taken a lot of time applying it on my lid, but it has gone on like a dream. I just dabbed it on and hey presto! It instantly awakened the whole eye area and made it look much better!

The shadows give a lovely rich intense application to the eye. They don’t feel dry and feel lovely and smooth and light on the eye.

I have fallen in love with this eyeshadow and will definitely be looking out for some more. Sometimes eyeshadows with a little sparkle in can irritate the eyelid as they are coarse, but not with this. It feels really good.

The Libbie Club has 20% off this Lola duo this month, they will make a lovely gift to someone as they are great for morning and evening. You can check them out here:

That’s it for now folks, take care

Dr Organic…. Best value Organic range

Hi folks,

Quick blog about another range i think is amazing value for organic products. I am a massive fan of Organic products and SLS and paraben free products!

My hair is fine and naturally curly and for years it was a bit of a frizz ball at back of my neck and i hated it so bad, i hated to touch it or have anyone else work with my hair, so glad i ditched the SLS the difference in my hair is incredible and i actually like it now, it feels totally different now and more like the real hair its meant to be .

The Dr Organic Hair Treatment Serum is amazing, it relaxes the curl a little, stops frizz in its tracks and gives me lovely healthy looking glossy hair, a couple of drops massaged through the ends is all that is needed. It has so many oils in it and i could be wrong but i do not get that horrible plasticky feeling on my hair that i have had from a lot of other serums.

At 100 ml my last bottle kept going for at least a year..so for me its money well spent @ £14.99 but Holland and Barrett always have special offers on like 3 for 2 ect and money is never wasted on this brand, it has far too many different ranges of products to mention !

Like my Dr Organic Monoi Moisture Melt Body Oil, incredibly soothing, hydrating and of course it smells fantastic too, @ £9.49 for something pure its a steal!

The oil is solid inside the bottle when you buy it, pop it in a cup of hot water while you bathe and it will deliver to you fresh, slightly warm silky layer of mega hydration to your skin, ends of your hair, cuticles , tootsies or anywhere you need it really and it’s the perfect fresh scent for summery holidays with a nice little hit of lemon and coconut.

This range has really taken off and rightly so in my opinion its a brand never to be passed over as it delivers on variety and quality so if you have never tried it dive in! The waters beautiful ..Award winning Dr Organic can all be found at http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/search?query=Dr+Organic&isSearch=true#totalNumRecs=187&rpp=15

I hope you enjoy
