Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist

Hello beauties,

Been a while since my last blog post but onwards and upwards as they say!

I have been using this Tatcha luminous dewy skin mist for a while now and have been reading a bit about the brand.

Tatcha came to life from a Japanese lady, Victoria Tsai who had enough of life in the fast lane and wanted simplicity and authenticity in her life, she also suffered from chronic dermatitis and from there she began to learn about the importance of good skin ingredients and of course well-being.

An encounter with a modern day Geisha changed her life. She started reading about a different approach to skincare, routines and rituals that for centuries has been kept and handed down from woman to woman.

Tried and tested formulas, simple, pure and effective and cutting out the need for a lot of the preservatives and harsh ingredients in a lot of today’s skincare.

Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin mist is a silky spray-on moisturiser for anti-ageing and dry/combination skin it is made with squaline, red algae and an anti-ageing ingredient called HADASEI-3 Complex, which is known as a powerful trilogy of Japanese ingredients – it also protects the skin and keeps it dewy and glowing. It is formulated with over 20% botanical oils and Hyaluronic Acid.

It delivers a lovely light but hydrating mist to the skin and can be used on top or under makeup throughout the day. This is such a fantastic product to stop your skin from drying out and keep you looking fresh and dewy.

It smells heavenly and I can really feel the benefit of the mist on my face. It is softer and more hydrated, which coming into the winter season is something I find incredibly important.

It is free from parabens, mineral oils, synthetic fragrances & sulphates, anything that can really irritate sensitive skin.

I am a face mist addict – I find the right ones an excellent way to get extra hydration into my skin and to give a boost during the day too. Tatcha has lots of vitamins and hydrants in which makes it a skin lovers gem of a mist.

This mist is absolutely beautiful and after learning a bit about the brand it is something in time I would love to try a lot more of. It is not available in the UK yet but fingers crossed it will be at some point soon! Right now you can get it here in Sephora.

Have you tried any Tatcha skincare?

I love that Tatcha’s ingredients have stood the test of time and are well proven to be effective and that it has that wonderful balance that Victoria Tsai has applied to her skincare and her life.

That’s my thoughts for today, bye for now

Viviscal Gorgeous Growth Densifying Elixir

Hello fellow Beauty Addicts,

As Christmas draws near and mad panic sets in and the weather plays havoc with our  hair, we all need a good hair serum to nourish, protect and boost our hair! (Well I certainly do).

Viviscal are specialists in hair issues. They make hair  products and supplement’s to aid hair growth, condition and thickness of hair and this densifying serum is the ultimate leave-in treatment  to condition & boost your hair.

This elixir contains a proprietary complex, Ana: Tel which has been clinically proven to prevent hair fall along with Biotin, Keratin and Zinc to promote good hair health and strength.

I am 47 and have really noticed my hair has thinned a lot recently, at the front and sides so this is perfect for me. I have curly blonde, fine flyaway hair. This serum nourishes the hair shaft and repairs from the outside in, sealing in moisture and thickening the hair shaft up.

I have been using this for a couple or weeks nor and have found it to be  a super lightweight formula that does not weigh hair down. I really cannot feel it in my hair, my hair does feel fuller, looks and feels more glossy and healthier, plus it has really taken down dryness and frizz.

I can’t believe how nourished and silky soft this has left my hair as well, I love how it feels now. It is silky and light and not dry and crispy which it usually is this time of year.

This month with the Libbie Club there is 20% off this Hair Elixir that just gets better and better the longer you use it. You can find the offer here for £15.99, there is also a further 10% off your first order too.

That’s it for now, folks, take care!

Pixi Nourishing Lip Polish

Hey everyone,

I thought I would tell you about this fantastic little product I got by Pixi. It is a nourishing lip exfoliating product.

I don’t know about you but I find those sugar scrubs and other scrubs much too harsh on my lips and I do not like them at all!

The head of the applicator has little massage nodules on the actual product .. so you are massaging the lip, taking off any dead skin cells  gently and the liquid within the tube then has a rich blend of Shea Butter, Primrose, Apricot & Sweet Almond Oils to nourish and hydrate  .

It is a simple but very effective little lip treatment and I like it so much I have just secured another!
