Have you heard of Chin Up New chin masks yet?

Hey Everyone,

So last week I tried the new out on the market Chin Up chin masks! I really did not know what to make of this product. It came with a band that goes around your chin and velcros up over the top of your head to hold the mask firmly in place and is no chattering when you have it on as you fit it on tightly … in fact it looks a bit like a torture device!

But when God was handing out chins I thought he said ‘gins’ and I said I’ll have a double lol! But seriously as you get older this does become an area of concern and at 47 I didn’t really have anything to lose by trying it out ..

So I got 2 masks in the starter pack, a tape measure and the band that goes around your chin and up over your head. You put the cloth with the gel onto your chin and then attach the chin band up over the cloth and firmly up and over your head.

They say to leave it on for 30/45 minutes and you can lose about 2 centimetres off your chin and it also contours the sides of your face, dissolves fat, hydrates, firms and tones.

On following instructions I noticed it does get quite hot, this is normal and what it does is improve circulation to this area thus dissolving cellulite and uneven skin texture and firming the whole chin area yay!

The chin mask contains:

Vitamin E to protect and revitalise.

Corum 9325 to promote the reduction of fat cells .

Q10 Coenzyme to diminish fine lines & sallowness.

Skintronics that lifts and firms the chin by converting fat cells into stabilized fibrous tissue.

All things considered I followed the instructions with the mask and noticed about 4 cm loss off my chin and almost a week later I can still feel its results. They put a tape measure into every pack so you can measure results for yourself.

Something like this is really good for a big night out or if you know you’re going to have pictures taken etc ..and that is what I would definitely use these masks for.. when I feel I need to be at my most fabulous.. because it did work and it really contoured my lower jaw and chin.

That is it for now folks

Take care

Niod Sanskrit Saponins

Hey Everyone,

Great day here so far it is finally feeling warmer and I have all my bedding out blowing in the breeze .. happy days!

I want to mention a new cleanser I purchased from Victoria Health (a company I love). Niod Sanskrit Saponins is not your average cleanser.. but then Niod don’t do things the normal way! They break the rules and trail-blaze … it is skincare for me (and others) to really get excited about.

IMG_20160505_155643937.jpg

I will leave the science to Brandon and Victoria Health and just tell you how I have found the product personally and how it has made my skin feel ..

This is not a cleanser for removing your make up, this is a cleanser for skin .. yes your skin! Having used this more than a few times now I think I have worked out what it does in layman’s terms (hopefully).

What Niod have done here is stripped back cleansing to a very old Ayurvedic technique centuries old using plant Saponins and applied it to this deep skin cleanser  that cleans the skin so very well this product focuses more on skin health. Clean skin that can breathe is healthy happy skin.. it is addictive and I love it!!

To use you wet your face and massage a large pea sized amount between your fingertips to warm and activate the product you then massage it over your face for a few minutes or you can leave 5 minutes as a mask..

IMG_20160505_155657019

What I can feel it doing like a gentle suction action all over your face  getting into the pores,  shrinking back and taking out the junk, soaking up excess oil, dirt, dead skin so that when you rinse …any product build up & dirt on the skin come away leaving your skin feeling velvety soft, super clean, and it can really breathe in the air.

It is ph balanced, you don’t need to tone after if you don’t want to. It takes off any product build up you may have on your skin, it cleans and clears out spots, removes dirt and impurities so well the size of pores are drastically reduced .. this I really love because as you get older pores get bigger and now I have to look VERY hard to see mine .. it is a miracle!

So it is like someone coming into your’re home and scrubbing it from top to toe. giving it a good ole hoover  in every corner and taking out every last bit of dust and rubbish .. skin feels spotlessly clean and fresh, mattified and clear.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the Sanskrit Saponins  and how it makes my skin feel. It is a cleanser I think we have been in need of for a very long time .. one that treats the actual skin alone, doesn’t take off make up, just makes your skin feel and look cleaner than ever and does it really well.

Everything works better, my skin feels so incredibly soft and yes again .. clean .. cleanest it has felt in a very long time. So if your into your skincare and love healthy skin like I do then this cleanser needs looked at to be added to your skincare arsenal for sure as it lets skin breathe again!

Brandon who owns Niod has shown here he can go from extremely high tech to stripping and paring back products and letting them be ..very intelligent skincare indeed…

It is £23.00 for 90-ml from Victoria Health and worth a read up on what they have to say about the product.

That is it for now folks

James Read H20 Mist with Rosewater

Hey Everyone,

I got sent the brand new on the market James Read gradual tan with a rose water infusion.

IMG_20160504_150520526

Firstly let me say I adore pure rose water  and use it a lot in my skincare, it is my daily morning and night toner. It soothes my skin, takes down any redness and it is a hydrolat which means that it hydrates deeply as it goes.

So when I saw this tanning mist had rose water in it i was excited to try it last night. It is super easy to use and perfect for people with busy lives who want to look healthy, tanned and not have to sit and wait ages for their tan to dry!

This tanning mist puts you completely in control of your tanning and what colour you want to go as a light mist will give you a healthy look and be great in fair skins like myself and a few spritzes morning and evening will of course give you a bit of a stronger tan.

I don’t think this is for people who are avid die hard tanners as they would be looking for a much stronger look but it you like a light tan/golden glow then this really is fab!

First thing I noticed last night was no tan smell (yay) at all! The tanning mist is infused with rose water and minerals .. I used this on clean dry skin. My skin tends to be on the dry side and this did not dry it out in any way. In fact I went to bed with no other skincare on and even this morning skin looked and felt well hydrated.

The mist is clear and doesn’t stain clothes/ It can be used as a primer under make up or applied on top to set make up .. and to give a hydration boost and refresh to skin during the day.

You just hold the bottle about 15 cm from your face and spray evenly over your face .. let it dry and get on with your day, apply your make up or whatever that may be.

All things considered I really like this Tanning Mist because it is light .. natural in colour, it hydrates really well, doesn’t smell and I like the colour of my skin today, so much so I have put another application on so .. tomorrow I shall look like I had a week away (I wish lol)

The only thing I was not overly impressed with was the nozzle that delivers the spray, I feel it could be finer and deliver a much lighter spritz to the face and it would go on even more evenly ..other than that it is fantastic!

Have you tried the James Read H20 Rose Water Face Mist yet? I think it is perfect for pale skins for summer ..I want to look golden, healthy and hydrated and this mist delivers on all of these points!

You can check out the Tan here where there is 10% off The Libbie Club and get your glow on for summer.

That is it for now folks
